After your assessment

We will provide you with an estimate of the amount of money available for you. This money is for you to purchase support.

Creating your support plan

To ensure you have the right support you will need to write a support plan. You can do this yourself or ask us or someone you know to help you.

If your support plan is safe, legal and meets your needs it will be agreed and signed off.

What happens next

We will discuss with you the various ways you can arrange your support. This is to ensure your support plan happens. If you are eligible for our support you will be offered a direct payment. 

There is ongoing support available to help you with your support plan. To manage your support and we regularly review your needs to make sure it's right for you.
