Lancashire Mind is a charity that has mental health support. They have services for adults, children and young people.

Healthy Young Minds offers support related to children and young people. This includes family members, carers and professionals.

If you need to talk to someone counselling or therapies can support.

In Lancashire, talking therapies are available to support people aged 16 and over.

If you live in South Cumbria, the talking therapies services are available for people aged 18 and over.

Support if you are worried about a family member or friend

It's difficult watching family or friends have challenges with their mental health.

There are different ways to show support,
