Mental health support from adult social care
We support people with more complex mental health needs through adult social care.
This can include help to stay safe, manage at home, deal with housing or money, and keep in touch with family or the community.
Some people work with an Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP.) A specially trained social worker who helps make sure the right care is in place and people’s rights are protected if they become very unwell.
We also work as part of community mental health teams with the NHS, GPs, housing and voluntary organisations, based on what each person needs.
If you think adult social care could help, you can fill in a social care referral form or call us on 0300 123 6720.
