Ceremonies officers
You will need to contact the Ceremony Officer for the area in Lancashire where you wish to marry or form a civil partnership as soon as possible once you have chosen the date for your ceremony.
You can book your ceremony up to three years in advance for either an approved venue or a Registration Office. You will be required to pay the full fee at the time of booking as well as a non-refundable administration fee of £34.
Make a provisional booking
To make a provisional booking with a ceremonies officer, complete the request form. After completing the form the ceremonies officer will contact you by phone to discuss your booking and take fees.

Booking or changing a ceremony
If you already have a booking and would like to enquire about making a change to the date, time or ceremony venue complete the request a change form. We cannot guarantee a request will be accommodated. If you use the form please do not contact us by email or phone as this delays the process.
