21/11/2025 21/11/2025 OZOLS, Leonardo Leonardo OZOLS died at Ormskirk Hospital on the 1st of June 2024. He had been found unresponsive that morning in the bed he shared with his sister and mother however a cause of death could not be determined.

24/11/2025 24/11/2025 HARPER, Matthew Matthew HARPER died on 12 January 2022 at Perum Samantha Citra Kuta No. 8.A, Link Mumbul, Benoa Ward, South Kuta Subdistrict, Badung District in Bali where Mr HARPER had been staying. Mr HARPER died as a result of stab wounds to his chest and abdomen which were inflicted at that address. It has not been possible on the available evidence to determine how the stab wounds were inflicted

25/11/2025 25/11/2025 EGGLESTON, Christopher John Christopher John EGGLESTON died on 25 January 2025 at Royal Blackburn Hospital, Blackburn in Lancashire. Mr EGGLESTON was admitted to hospital on 8 January 2025 due to hypokalaemia which had been contributed to by Mr EGGLESTON being given the incorrect medication by his pharmacy. However, he continued to be unwell. Pneumonia was subsequently diagnosed. Despite treatment over several days, he did not recover. His death was contributed to by fluid overload which was caused by a number of factors including intravenous medication given to treat hypovolemia and pneumonia together chronic kidney disease, hypoalbuminemia and congestive cardiac failure
