26/01/2026 26/01/2026 BOLAN, Peter Peter BOLAN died at his home address of 47 Sunnyhurst Lane, Darwen on the 24th October 2025 from malignant epithelioid mesothelioma of the pleura caused by known exposure to asbestos during his working life, with possible contribution from radiation exposure during National Service on Christmas Island.

27/01/2026 27/01/2026 GILLESPIE, Adele Louise Adele Louise GILLESPIE was found dead on the 16th October 2025 at her home address. She was found in a state of decomposition which made it impossible to determine her cause of death. There is no evidence that traumatic injuries caused her death, nor evidence of any natural disease which resulted in death. Ms GILLESPIE had expressed suicidal thoughts following the loss of her mother but there were no notes of intent found nor evidence of actions intended to take her life.

28/01/2026 28/01/2026 CUMMINS, Jackie Jackie CUMMINS who suffered from a number of comorbidities died at her home on the 11th of September 2025 from ischaemia resulting in bowel infarction. She had been admitted to hospital on the 9th of September 2025 where an abdominal CT scan was reported as not raising concerns of bowel obstruction. Mrs CUMMINS had mildly raised lactate levels and infection markers present as well as significant discomfort and was discharged the same day.
