01/05/2026 01/05/2026 WARWICK, Lillian Lillian WARWICK died on the 22nd February 2026 at the Royal Blackburn Hospital. Mrs WARWICK was found on the 14th February 2026 at the bottom of her stairs following a fall. She declined to attend hospital at that time. She attended her GP on the 18th February who was arranging an outpatient CT scan. However, later that evening she became unresponsive and was taken to hospital where scans indicated she had suffered significant bleeding within her brain. She was not able to benefit from treatment for the bleeding and her care was re-orientated to comfort care prior to her death. It is not possible to determine the circumstances of Mrs WARWICK's fall and whether an accident or medical event caused her to fall.
01/05/2026 01/05/2026 WILLIAMS, Natasha Louise Natasha Louise WILLIAMS died at her home on the 22nd of January 2026. Whilst on her staircase, she had secured a bedsheet around her neck and consumed a possibly fatal quantity of alcohol before sliding down the stairs. It was not possible to accurately determine the mode of death or her intentions at the time.
