08/05/2026 08/05/2026 FINLAY, Sean Sean FINLAY died on the 5th January 2026 at his home address. Mr FINLAY had a long history of chronic drugs misuse which contributed to the development of conditions which impaired his cardiac function. Mr FINLAY died as a consequence of coronary artery disease which was contributed to by emphysema and chronic polydrug use.
08/05/2026 08/05/2026 HUDSON, Christopher John Christopher John HUDSON was found dead on the 13th December 2025 at the canal adjacent to 1 Westhoughton Road, Adlington, Chorley. Mr HUDSON's mental health had deteriorated in the months before his death which had lead to unusual behaviours. It is not possible to determine how Mr HUDSON came to be in the water or what his intentions were at that time.
08/05/2026 08/05/2026 TACK, Patricia Gladys On 30 December 2025 Patricia Gladys TACK was admitted to Royal Preston Hospital by ambulance from her home address of 16 Pear Tree Road, Croston, Leyland suffering from multi-factorial liver failure including an unintentional excess of paracetamol, and her condition deteriorated until her death on 20 January 2026.

11/05/2026 11/05/2026 WALKER, Geoffrey Maurice Geoffrey Maurice WALKER died on the 16th December 2025 at the Royal Blackburn Hospital. Mr WALKER had attended the hospital on the 20th November 2025 to attend an outpatient appointment. As he entered the building via the revolving door it slowed or stopped which caused him to fall. Mr WALKER sustained traumatic fractures in the fall and was admitted for pain management. In the course of his admission, Mr WALKER developed infections and his pre-existing health conditions deteriorated. He died as a consequence of congestive heart failure and pneumonia but his death was contributed to by the injuries he sustained in the fall which impacted his ability to compensate for existing health problems.
