13/01/2026 13/01/2026 NUTTER, Mary Mary NUTTER died on the 21st July 2025 at the Royal Blackburn Hospital as a consequence of Aspiration Pneumonitis. Mrs NUTTER had a number of health conditions including craniopharyngioma which had been twice operated on. Following the second surgery, Mrs NUTTER continued to decline and had not managed to eat any significant quantities since before the surgery. This contributed to her frailty. On the 21st July 2025 Mrs NUTTER had episodes of vomiting which resulted in aspiration pneumonitis. She was transferred in cardiac arrest to the Royal Blackburn Hospital where despite resuscitation she died.
13/01/2026 13/01/2026 SILCOCK, Michael John Michael John SILCOCK died on the 30th July 2025 at his home address as a consequence of atherosclerotic coronary artery disease with thrombosis and drug use. Mr SILCOCK had, unknown to him, previously suffered a heart attack and had narrowed coronary arteries due to disease which he was not aware of. He consumed cocaine prior to his death which exacerbated his existing heart dysfunction and resulted in his death.

14/01/2026 14/01/2026 WEBSTER, Theo Simon Daniel Theo Simon Daniel WEBSTER died on the 22nd May 2025 at Blackpool hospital following a deliberate overdose of propranolol. Theo did not intend to cause his death by his action which was in the context of struggles with ADHD and long term drug use which likely contributed to his impulsive actions.
