26/09/2025 26/09/2025 PARKER, Ronald Ronald PARKER died on the 25th June 2025 at the Royal Blackburn Hospital as a result of injuries he sustained in a fall at home on the 24th June 2025. Mr PARKER's mobility had been in decline due to underlying health issues and he had suffered a number of falls in the year prior to his death. It is likely that his fall was caused by his declining mobility as opposed to a slip or trip, however his fall was unwitnessed and so the exact circumstances of its occurrence cannot be determined.
