PARKER, Ronald
Ronald PARKER died on the 25th June 2025 at the Royal Blackburn Hospital as a result of injuries he sustained in a fall at home on the 24th June 2025. Mr PARKER's mobility had been in decline due to underlying health issues and he had suffered a number of falls in the year prior to his death. It is likely that his fall was caused by his declining mobility as opposed to a slip or trip, however his fall was unwitnessed and so the exact circumstances of its occurrence cannot be determined.

GREEN, Thomas William
It cannot be determined whether this was an accident or a suicide. Thomas' ongoing mental health issues may have contributed to his death. The conditions of the canal bank side may have possibly contributed to his death. The communication between hospital staff and the Ministry of Justice regarding leave for Thomas possibly contributed to his death.
