09/10/2025 09/10/2025 TROUT, Matthew Stephen Matthew TROUT suffered with depression, anxiety, self neglect and alcohol misuse. He likely had an undiagnosed neurodiversity, probably autism. He was found deceased in his home in Lancaster on the 4th July 2025 and was last known to be alive on the 15th June 2025. He was found in a state of decomposition with a washing up bowl with vomit in it beside him and his cause of death is unknown.

10/10/2025 10/10/2025 McFAYDEN, Paul Michael Paul Michael McFAYDEN was found hanging having used a bike lock as ligature which he had suspended from scaffolding, on the 6th July 2025 in Chorley town centre. His intention at the time was unknown and he was not known to have any mental health issues prior to his death.

14/10/2025 14/10/2025 EDMONDSON, Brian Brian EDMONDSON drowned in the bath in his home in Morecambe, Lancashire on the 11th October 2024 following the consumption of drugs.
14/10/2025 14/10/2025 PARR, Sandra Ms Sandra PARR died from malignant mesothelioma of the lung on the 6 July 2025 in the care home where she was living in Great Eccleston, Preston. She was likely exposed to asbestos whilst she was at secondary school.
15/10/2025 15/10/2025 BAKER, Arthur On the 29 October 2022, Rev Arthur BAKER, who was living with dementia, at Dovehaven Lodge Nursing home was involved in an altercation with another resident. This resulted in Rev BAKER being pushed by the other resident causing Rev BAKER to fall to the floor and sustain a fractured neck of femur. He was taken to Royal Preston Hospital and underwent surgery on the 31 October 2022 to repair the fracture, following which he suffered from delirium and pneumonia. His health deteriorated and Rev BAKER was discharged back to Dovehaven Lodge Nursing home for palliative care and died on the 10th November 2022.
