13/11/2025 13/11/2025 HEWLETT, Peter John Peter John HEWLETT died on the 10th September 2023 at the Glen Care Centre, Gleneagles Drive, Morecambe as a consequence of pneumonia caused by a head injury and Parkinson's disease with dementia. Mr HEWLETT was a resident of the care home due to his underlying conditions when, on the 1st of September 2023, he was punched and pushed by another resident which resulted in the injuries which led to his death. The other resident was also cognitively impaired and had previously displayed aggressive behaviours including towards Mr HEWLETT. The care home had previously indicated to the local authority that the other resident's behaviours could not be managed at the home but at the time of the incident on the 1st September 2023, the other resident had not yet been reviewed in person by the relevant mental health team.

17/11/2025 17/11/2025 DROBNEY, Raymond Mr DROBNEY was found deceased at his home address in Colne on the 1st July 2025. He had not been seen for a number of weeks prior. He died from heart and coronary atheromatous disease and a post mortem revealed he had a number of traumatic rib fractures as a result of an injury to his chest which likely contributed to his death along with his Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. It is not possible to determine how Mr DROBNEY came by the chest injury. 
17/11/2025 17/11/2025 EDMONDSON, Jak Jak EDMONDSON died on the 14th June 2025 in Burnley, from aspiration pneumonitis due to a reduced level of consciousness caused by multiple drug use. Jak had a history of drug misuse and he did not intend to cause himself harm at the time of his death. 
17/11/2025 17/11/2025 FINN, Mark Anthony Mark Anthony FINN was found dead in his home in Blackburn, Lancashire on the 5th May 2025. He died from a chest infection and at the time of his death he had taken a non-fatal quantity of drugs which contributed but did not directly cause his death. He was also suffering from alcoholic liver disease, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and emphysema which contributed to his death.

17/11/2025 17/11/2025 KNELL, June June KNELL died on the 21st July 2025 at 50 Moorgate, Ormskirk. Mrs KNELL died as a result of the ingestion of a fatal quantity of morphine. Mrs KNELL'S intentions at the time of ingesting the morphine cannot be determined 
17/11/2025 17/11/2025 MACIAS, Francis Francis MACIAS died on the 9th August 2025 at Royal Preston Hospital from the effects of aspiration pneumonia. Mr MACIAS' death was contributed to by a traumatic brain injury he sustained in an historic road traffic collision
