HARRIS, William Dudley
|
William Dudley HARRIS died on the 17th August 2025 at the Royal Preston Hospital as a consequence of hospital acquired pneumonia. Mr HARRIS had been admitted to hospital on the 30th July 2025 following a fall on the stairs at home which resulted in a fracture of his C5 vertebra. Mr HARRIS initially recovered well from his serious injury but later developed hospital acquired pneumonia which caused a sudden and severe deterioration in his health. Mr HARRIS' care was re-orientated to palliative care prior to his death.

COOPER, Jason
|
On 02 August 2025 Jason COOPER was found deceased in his home of 3 Greenhurst Close, Blackburn. He had known long term drug dependence and a number of significant medical conditions at the time of his death including atherosclerosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with possible pneumothorax and an uncared for stoma, and he had both prescribed methadone and illicit cocaine and diazepam in his system at death. It is not possible to ascertain which element or elements, alone or together, caused Jason's death.
