LORD, Rosalind Denise
|
Rosalind Denise LORD died on the 21st February 2025 at Royal Blackburn Hospital. Mrs LORD suffered with Crohn's Disease which caused a rectal fistula with pectineus muscle abscess. As a result of this, she became very frail and suffered with aspiration pneumonia from which she did not recover. Mrs LORD'S death was also contributed to by a traumatic brain injury sustained following a fall in June 2024.

Robyn Katrina LOTT was found suspended by a ligature hanging from a curtain pole in her home in Sabden, Clitheroe on the 14th July 2025 and she was confirmed deceased shortly after. It is unlikely Robyn intended to cause her death by her actions, given her young age and the emotionally difficult situation she was experiencing. Her actions were in the context of her suffering from anxiety for some time.

|
Ralston TATTERSALL died on the 4th September 2025 at MHA Heather Grange - Residential and Dementia Care Home, after aspirating on food material which became lodged in his airway whilst he was eating. Mr TATTERSALL also suffered with dysphagia which was due to his Parkinson's Disease which, in turn, resulted in aspiration. Mr TATTERSALL's pre-existing coronary artery atheromatous disease and aortic valve disease also contributed to his death
