Damien DUCKWORTH used a mobile phone cable as a ligature around his neck to hang himself on the 8th July 2025 in his home in Darwen. This was an impulsive act and Damien did not intend to end his life in doing so. He did this in the context of a lack of sleep, as well as cocaine and alcohol use.

Allison Mary HODGSON who suffered from low blood pressure died on the 5th of June 2025 from drowning. Whilst on a run she had fallen into a shallow body of water near Burnley Road Cliviger most likely the result of an unidentified medical episode.

Damian Christopher JACKSON was found deceased on 25 July 2023 at his home address in Lancaster in Lancashire. Mr JACKSON died as a result of multiple injuries which were inflicted by an unknown third party within Mr JACKSON's home address or close to it. It has not been possible on the available evidence to determine in what circumstances the injuries were inflicted

|
William TURNER attended the Royal Lancaster infirmary on the 10th July 2025 with chest pain. There were difficulties undertaking a CT scan due to his agitation and previous intravenous drug use affecting intravenous access. He underwent a CT scan and shortly afterwards suffered a cardiac arrest. Resuscitation was commenced however this was a fatal event and he died from a myocardial rupture which was caused by myocardial infarction on the 11th July 2025. Mr TURNER had a longstanding history of drug addiction and was misusing illicit drugs around the time of his death which contributed.

BILLINGTON, Nigel Ernest
|
Nigel Ernest BILLINGTON died on the 18th July 2024 at the Royal Blackburn Hospital as a consequence of acute myeloid leukaemia. Mr BILLINGTON developed symptoms of his disease towards the end of June 2024 and had visited his GP where he was reasonably believed to be suffering with an infected abscess and was treated accordingly. Mr BILLINGTON's condition deteriorated and he contacted the 111 service and visited an Urgent Treatment Centre but his condition was not diagnosed until the 16th July 2024 after a deterioration in his wellbeing resulted in attendance at Accident and Emergency. In the early hours of the 17th July 2024, Mr BILLINGTON suffered a catastrophic bleed within his brain from which he did not recover.
